Whitehaus was engaged to design a 15 dwelling apartment building to NDIS codes that does justice to the premium location on the river.

Whitehaus and the construction contractor, Kastle, were engaged on the project together from the start and worked closely right from concept stage to ensure the correct balance of design and feasibility was met.

As the client maintains ownership of the asset (build to rent) it has been designed using robust materials and detailing that will be low maintenance and continue to look good in 50 years.
