The brief included a requirement for a 300 year building lifespan which informed many material and detailing decisions.
Whitehaus was engaged in the capacity of lead Architect for documentation and contract administration. We also provided 3d visual walkthroughs and renders for the design development process to help both the client and builder with communication and visualization of key spaces and details for the many project stakeholders.
